EUGENE HESCHUNG BEGAN HIS CAREER IN 1920 AS A LABORER CUTTER IN ONE OF TWELVE SHOE FACTORIES IN THE DETTWILLER ALSACE. WITH THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE FACTORY, THE FIRST BOOTS AND HANDCRAFTED SHOES WITH GENUINE NORWEGIAN LEATHER ARE BORN. 1950 - 1967 CREATION OF THE FIRST LEATHER SKI BOOTS FOR THE TRAVELERS AND THE FIRST SNOW SKIERS IN THE VOSGES MOUNTAINS. THE KNOW-HOW OF THE ORIGINAL NORWEGIAN STITCHING PERFECTLY SUITS THE IMPERMEABILITY REQUIREMENTS OF SKIING. 1968 - 1972 ROBERT HESCHUNG SURROUNDS HIMSELF WITH THE BEST EXPERTS AND THE CUTTING EDGE SHOEMAKERS OF THE TIME.
