Arklyz, the Swiss sports and lifestyle group, has signed an acquisition agreement to buy Gabor and all of its operational subsidiaries.

Gabor has appointed the actress and singer Yvonne Catterfeld as the brand new ambassador, starting in spring/summer 2022.
